Baby kinyongia won't open her eyes.

Hi my baby kinyongia won't open her eyes. She went threw shedding resently like 3weeks ago and never shedded the top of her head. Any ways she can open her eyes but she always closes them shortly after. At one time she had spider webs on her cuz the spiders keep getting in to get the fruit flys. Would my UVB being about a month behind on replacement cause this? If so its weird it has only effected her and not Zilla.
Please help if you can!!

my cage is a custom made screen its 2x2x3'6
Lighting - What brand, model, and types of lighting are you using? What is your daily lighting schedule?
um i think its an exo-terra 5.0uvb that being said im alittle more than a month behind on getting new cuz my local petstores didnt have any in. the other bulb is a common house hold bulb its either a 50-60w (i cant really see it that well) lights go on at 6:50am and out at either 7-8pm depending on if im in my room when chams go into sleep mode
Temperature - What temp range have you created (cage floor to basking spot)? Lowest overnight temp? How do you measure these temps?
my room stays a constant 65 or higher. im not sure exactly fo the basking spot but id say its no more than 85. unless your right on the screen. i measure temps with a gage but since my cages are side by side and i use the same wattage on both i only have gages on zillas cage.Humidity - What are your humidity levels? How are you creating and maintaining these levels? What do you use to measure humidity?
the humidity is roughly 60% i know its low and i have been trying to get it up.gages.Plants - Are you using live plants? If so, what kind?
2 corn plant,hoya, and 2 pothos. i just removed the hoya cuz it felt wax like and i was worried..
Placement - Where is your cage located? Is it near any fans, air vents, or high traffic areas? At what height is the top of the cage relative to your room floor?
my bed room, about 6ft from my heater, the top of the cages is 4ft from the floor.Location - Where are you geographically located?

Current Problem - The current problem you are concerned about.
well my baby keeps closing her eyes one is like never open and the other is rarely open. resently she stayed upside down in her cage for over a day almost 2. i thought maybe she couldnt get down so i moved her.. i lightly dripped a luke warm drop of water into each of her eyes to help flush them out. also her flies attracted spiders and the webs were in her eyes before and i have cleaned her cage to get ride of spiders but they keep coming back. i think she could be closing her eyes when she sees me. its weird but its almost like she thinks if "i cant see you you cant see me" because i have seen her a few times with atleast one eye open and when she sees me sometime she closes it quickly and holds still. any advice is greatly apperciatied.

If she is only 5 months old you may want to put her in a smaller terrarium made with mostly glass to up the humidity and observe her (a small exo terra). Any chameleon that young is tough to work with because they are that small. If you think she is not able to open her eyes because she has not completed a shed and her condition continues and does not improve I would take her to a vet (professional). Depending on her current condition you may want to take her to a vet sooner.

do the cage have enough sahde? plants to come away from the light? I and some other have had problems with babies eyes. try to turn of the light for one or two days and see if she oppens her eyes again, if she does then try to put more plants so she can get some more shade before you turn on the light again
