In my opinion not any one supplement is good. I use fruits and veggies and a store bought gutload and I use clueless calcium stuff and water chrystals. I think you need to find the best of 3 or 4 things. Think of it as a puzzle you need more than 1 piece to finish it.
Bug Burger goes bad fast - I use "Cricket Crack" and I also bought "Bug Buffet" both are sold by members here- they last longer and are easier than making my own - to that I add the same stuff I use for the bearded dragons salads- http://www.thebeardeddragon.org/bearded-dragon-nutrition-data.php#veg
using for the crickets the veggies that are "daily" on the list - I don't bother with water crystals - I just use frozen butternut squash - & frozen mango-
