CH Kinyongia tavetana hatchlings!

Well............so where are the picture of the heads poking out? Some of us are hardcore enough to enjoy sweating eggs :p

If you insist:D

Here is a female with her head poking out:)

And if you are wondering how I know/think:rolleyes: its a female, you can see the difference in horn buds on this male. Aside from larger horn buds it seems males take on a darker maroon/rustic color and females are a nice green along with the noticeable tail bulges;)

Back to work. More places to push snow away from:mad:

Cute mini buds!

Those little horn buds are adorable! Your pictures are so crisp and clear too. I feel really lame about my photos. Those little babies look so serious don't they? Are they eating yet? Any first doo doo? Regarding your snow......we have daffodils that are starting to bud in our yard ;)

Cain now remember the first female is mine !!!!!! No take backs or to be politically incorrect no indian giving hahahaha. I better get down there right away before you get any ideas buddy boy.

Thanks everyone!

Marcus, I hope everything is going well for you:)

LOL, Phil. You know you get a female or two. Not like you can sell them to anyone anyway:confused: Cheap, dirty little tavs:D

8 are out and 2 eggs left. None eating yet but it took a few days for the first clutch I hatched. Plenty of FFs for them when they are ready.

Tons of pics:rolleyes:

Are they not cute, Boj?:D

Well the last one is out of the egg this morning. There were 10 eggs to start with and now there are 10 babies:D They all are very alert and active so lets hope for the best. I think I caught one snag a FF yesterday but I suspect a few of them should start feeding today.

Thanks again for your comments, everyone!

Thanks, Kent!!! Much better results than the first clutch I hatched:)

Glad to say all eight of mine are doing fantastic! My buddy Phil got his two females to go with his male from the first clutch not to long ago.

Sorry but no photos at the moment. I dont have access to a camera that I can get good up close pics.

More good news is the second clutch of 5 from a different female started hatching today!!!!:D

Not sure how I missed this thread originally, but Congrats Jared (a month late). Looking forward to their progress!

Thanks Dan!!!

Here are a few pics. The ones of the new clutch didnt turn out very well so they are all of the clutch already pictured. I also took a few pics of my baby set ups for a fellow member.

There are 4 animals to a tub at the moment and they all seem to not mind each other as you can see in the one pic where all four were chillin before I made them disperse:eek:

Edit: All that damn poop is from today. As you can see the fat little turds are eating very well :)

Fantastic Jared!
How are you housing the adults?
Are they in pairs or trios or do you house them all separately?
