Check Up @ the vets

I’m sure you all remember how a while ago we thought my veiled might possibly have parasites, managed to get an earlier appointment last week and totally forgot to update you guys but it’s all good news again! … I spoke to a different vet this time as the old vet had left abs I’m honestly a little worried, I was asking general health questions and the fact he checked Google I was referred to look up whatever I’m having issues on Google doesn’t fill me with much hope … obviously glad about the results! But I just thought I’d ask some things about her laying eggs ect and yeah… safe to say his guess on things were as good as mine and on a couple occasions the response “I’m honestly not sure” was said by him … I’m in a bit of a situation since where I am there aren’t other vets that specialise in exotic animals/ reptiles ect. In my catchment area so I’ve called around today to find other vets outside my catchment area even by a mile or so and I’ve been turned away … so naturally I’m panicking again!

Is this some new form of common core english?

From what i gather OP might have good news about parasites. And has a questionable vet...

If you give us an area, we can give some near vets that others have used. vs trying vets that are "exotic" but really is just code for "birds".

I believe she is from the UK. I had to look up catchment area. It means an area of a city where hospital patients are drawn.
