Cheek swollen!!!!!

I previously posted a thread. In this one I wanted to include more information. She is a young female Jacksons chameleon. I've owned her for a few months now. She is really active. Eats 3 crickets per day and has a dripper in her cage. A few days ago I noticed the left side of her lip had a purplish coloration. Today her cheek was really swollen and while she moved I could see she was trembling. She has been drinking a lot of water. After calling a bet he said I should apply some triple antibiotic. Has anybody had an experience with this.pls help!!!! I would post a pic but every time I try to my phone goes to its home page

Please post a recent photo of her so we can see the swelling. Sounds like it could be an infection in the gland in the corner of the mouth. If it is it will need to be cleaned out by a vet and a culture and sensitivity test done so that the chameleon can be put on the appropriate antibiotic.

Your photo is hard to see through the screen, but it looks to be what Kinyonga said. I would get her to a vet as soon as possible.
