Dr Alfonso raises these and he calls them Chinese Crocodile lizards. He was asking $450 for it. Benny has the scientific name.
It's a "Sail-fin dragon". Appears to be Hydrosaurus pustulatus, but there are a few species with the same common name.

H. Pustulatus
That is a Hydrosaurus Pustulatus owned by a friend of mine Scott Corning of Dragon Attack. That male is always a great draw at Daytona. I kept all three Hydrosaurus species for a decade. I sent them all to Scott in Florida for breeding several years ago. My all time favorite reptile was a H. Amboinensis named George. I had him for six years and he was like a dog. I cried for a month after he died......

You have to remember that Chris was working at the FL Chams booth and probably making a sale.
