I purchased a gravid Jackson chameleon about 6 months ago from Backwater. I assumed that she was gravid when I got her because she was quite swollen. About 3 months ago, she began dropping a dried up raisin 4 or 5 times, but not frequently. I've got 2 male jacksons housed separately and 3 Panthers, so I've got my hands full (but I love it). They all get a mixture of super worms, crickets, silkworms and wax worms. They also get calcium without D3 daily and D3 once a month and a multiple vitamin weekly. I've never handled "Mamacita" because I didn't want to stress her, but she frequently takes a cricket from my fingers.
This morning, I found about 8 green grapes in the bottom of the cage. They were dropped from a walking branch, and not onto the plastic foliage. They are opaque and there is no sign of life within them. Did she just miscarry?
