Hi guys! I have just gotten my first chameleon. I have learned so much by reading your threads so far and was wondering what drip system you all recommended. So far for humidity I added some live plants, a chameleon drinking fountain and I tried the "little dripper" drip system and it is horrible!! Do you guys recommend another brand? I don't want to make my own I just prefer to buy one. Also any other pointers would be appreciated! I have already taken her in for a vet check and she eats like a horse! She was burned by a previous owner that put in a heat rock, but is doing much better now! Also do you use humidifiers? Not reptile specific ones just one that I have at the house? TIA(y) I also added a pic of "Scorch" for you guys!

I use a big humidifier for the whole room. I'm from Indiana and I miss the humidity, so I keep it humid in my home. Swamp cooler, humidifier, etc. It's 60% inside the house. I use a big gal jug with enough holes to make it rain a few times a day. I have a bin I got at the Container Store and I keep a big piece of screen stretched across the top so they can't get into the water. I dump it every night_ works for all 5 of them.

mist king!!! no humidifier used here, if you have plants and you have a good misting schedule there should be enough humidity. a freebie for you as a dripper and what some do is just put ice cubes on the top of the cage, put them above a plant and ill run down it and if you dont want to deal with excess water put a catch dish under the plant and just empty it periodically. hopefully this helps.
