Lol, Grapes are good in my opinion now leave me alone you rude toxic rat. I wish you would learn to care, because the world is full enough of people like you.

Ignorant, I’m just smart knowing that your opinions are based off research, so how can you know what’s wrong if you are rude, honestly I forgive you, no need to be jealous of me. Thanks for your opinion! Goodbye!

Ohhh did I make you a very mr angry face guy hahah Yes I’m so jealous of your fat chameleon.

Unfortunately I was in your shoes a few montha ago. I went on the attack like you, when everyone was trying to help. Honestly if you are PMing with @MissSkittles then I would leave this post alone. Or if you wanted information @Beman Knows what they are talking about.. again just ignore the posts you don't like. Stop replying to the ones you feel are rude. And just take the advice you need.

Right, thanks for being so helpful. I’ve had my lizard for so long, and he is my best friend, it feels like everyone is storming me, and it makes me confused, and angry, all I want is my chameleons safety not rude comments.

Dude shut up, what is wrong with you, take your opinion somewhere else because I know he is my family, and whether he is fat, skinny, or unhealthy or healthy, I won’t give up on him, so get your childish looking self jerk face out of here, and no I’m not angry, it’s kinda funny to see someone who has no Intellect or care for others, honestly I you can fix it, just learn to be nice, hope this helped..

Replying with rude comments won't help. Might also make people not want to help if you post again asking for help. We all love our chameleons here, and want to help everyone out the best we can.

Oh, I never ended up going. Because he’s fine, I’m only worried of his diet as of now, I know it’s gonna consist of a salad daily, and a worm weekly.
A few posts ago you said..."the only problem is his eyes are crusted shut a lot"... So that's why I responded....and if they are still crusting over they are not ok. You need to take him to a good chameleon vet and get treatment for the eyes IMHO.

Regarding the diet...I would cut him down to a couple of crickets per feeding and not worry about the salad. What is the cage temperature?

Skittles is helping me, thanks for concern.

Please don't see this as an attack, it is not, but I have read through this thread and must say that NO ONE was being rude until you became defensive. There are MANY Chameleon keepers on this forum with decades of experience and far more knowledge than you, many of which you continue to call ignorant and rats. If you don't want your chameleon to be healthy, continue to ignore advise, attack those attempting to help, and do your thing. People on the forum are passionate about these animals and get upset when they try to help only to be confronted with anger.

It has been pointed out that there are some issues with your cham, some have been on going, like the eye issues. I would advise that you get your cham to a QUALIFIED reptile vet with Chameleon experience. There are likely to be some serious issues just around the bend if you do not swallow your pride and do what is best for your chameleon and NOT for your ego. His life is in your hands, and unfortunately right now it appears he may not have much life left if you don't make some changes and fast.

Now.... Bring on the name calling, I have said my piece!

As I said skittles is helping me. Thanks, but Oscars not gonna die.

Let’s all let the bad feelings die down now...they are counter-productive. I have given @OscarAndAustin some solid dietary info. I’m not experienced enough to really address the eye issues, but it’s possible they are diet related. Only a reptile vet can say for certain.
I am glad to hear that Oscar is getting some help. @OscarAndAustin, please keep everyone updated on his progress! Despite some of the previous hostile posts, we all want the best for Oscar.

Yeah. But what other options do I have before having a vet appointment.
Just make sure your husbandry is on point. If you can post pics of your cage and fill out the following as completely as possible, we can better help. There are also some very experienced vets in this forum (one of which has posted in this thread). I even got my last Panther chameleon from one of them.

All I can say OP. I hope you're not an adult. I'll go ahead and assume you're a kid and apologize if I hurt your feelings. Was just being honest with you.

Edit: I see someone addressed this already, my suspicions were correct.
