I’m sorry! I do understand though. I’m glad you’re taking him to the vet.I just went ahead and made an appointment with his vet. After losing Blu I'm such a wreck. Every little thing scares me.
Maybe his uvb? What lights were they, and what distances were the lights?
Basking is 1ft 4in, a hiding spot he likes though is about 6in from the T5.0 HO 24WattWhat's the distances from basking and UVB bulbs to branches and the strength of UVB?
No the vine doesn't have anything that falls off. His cage is so packed. I'd have to build shelves to fit anymore stuff in there. I put together that pvc set up to hang the pots. The vines are already starting to grow out. It will fill up again. Remember I just redid everything due to his worms, which I'm happy to say I haven't seen any in his poop since the last treatmentAlso, does the vine in there have debris that falls off or is Exo Terra? His cage could be more full, as well, on a side note. I can post some cage set-up links if you want!
His basking spot is 80 degree. I had to buy reptisun this last time because they were out of the Arcadia. What strength and brand of UVB do you use? Do you know the temps at his basking spot?
T5.0 HO 24WatWhich strength of ReptiSun- 5.0 or 10.0? If you could add in some branches and more vines, it'll escalate his enclosure and provide tons more ways for him to get around and explore!
T5 HO 5.0? If so, the basking branch needs to be 8-9" away from the bulbT5.0 HO 24Wat
I had it higher because he would still climb on the top of the cage near the lightT5 HO 5.0? If so, the basking branch needs to be 8-9" away from the bulb
Also just t5 not 5.0 my phone auto corrected itI had it higher because he would still climb on the top of the cage near the light
I've been taking him to Dr. Garner at Safari animal clinic. So far they've been really helpful. He seems to know what he's doing, he's not afraid to handle him at all. I went ahead and enrolled in a plan. It's only $15 a month and it includes 12 office visits and I've already brought him 4 times lol.Go to Dr. Pacheco at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists! She's AMAZING, and has flushed one of my previous cham's eyes before, along with catching stuff previous vets missed, too!
