My guy is 7 weeks old,,and ive been waiting patiently to introduce new feeders too,,,,I found a silkie last week that was small enough to feed,,,but,,,ya,,,little feeders are hard to find if ya aint breeding them yourself!!!!
Cant wait to have him chomp a Hornworm!!!

My baby veiled is 2months old and is eating small crickets what should be the next feeder to introduce to ghillie?

i just started with the Dubia roaches n breeding them as well n the babies to them r really tiny n probably a good size for him n u can order real small ones too. also calcium worms r tiny to. my guy is a bit older n bigger so he eats med to large not but i do see the lil baby bugs n there tiny for the younger chams. good luck! ;)

no reason to wait - add anything of appropriate size from week one!

a typical 2 month old can eat fruit flies, crickets, small terrestrial isopods, small snails, small silkworms, small mealworms, bean beetles, turk roach nymphs, soldeir fly maggots....

yea that kinda would stick! but the great thing about these guys is they dont climb glass or plastic n dont jump fly or smell! altho ive been told the males can fly but just dont . they realy r quite a dumb bug if u ask me! they just keep flipping upside down kicking kicking there legs till there too tired take a lil break, look dead but there not they just start all over again! im not sure if u can get them in canada  they r better then crickets im also told. first find out if u can even have them there n if u can just post that ur looking for them someone will search u out thats how i got my colony started.;)

not legal to have them in most provinces without a license, so you wont find places selling them openly. You'll have to find someone near you (a forum member, or join your local reptile/bug/spide club) to get your started dubia.
