Fergie gave birth this morning! 19 BABIES!!

Went outside this morning approx. 11:30AM HST and saw tons of these little guys running everywhere! Gave birth to 19, all of which survived. Some still had their sacs attached to them so I had to rinse them off. Went ahead and moved the babies into their own cage, then ran off and bought 200 pinhead crickets. BUT the babies don't seem to care for them just yet. Will continue to monitor and hydrate as needed.

Now, we currently are in the process of buying a home (place has been in escrow for a couple of weeks now) soooo we don't have a ton of spare cash to be blowing on crickets...anyone in Hawaii willing to sell me pin heads for cheap? My cham count has instantaneously jumped from 4 to 23!! So if anyone wants to help me out, I would definitely appreciate it! THANKS :D

Congrats on the little ones. Looks like ours have the same Birthday. That is really cool. They are looking good.

Mine also are not interested in food yet. Was told to wait a day or two and their appetites should be booming :D What size is the enclosure you have yours in? Looks good.

Yeah, that's awesome our kiddies have the same b-day! (seriously, what are the odds??)

And yeah, I saw Jdog's comment on your thread, he is the MAN. He will be our go-to-guy in the coming weeks!

I have them in an 18x12x24 I think?? They have enough room...for now...haha

Awesome dude! That is very exciting news!!!

Thanks, yeah we're way excited...shooting for a perfect 19 for 19 of bringing them all to full health! Will most likely only keep one or two, so I'll see if I can't offer free Jacksons to any forum members :D

Awww....babies!

Have you tried fruit flies...I'm thinking in Hawaii it's probably not hard to get that started...put a piece of fruit on a stick in the cage and let it attract flies....

I have a baby blue belly lizard right now that I am feeding fruit flies to. If you want to know how I dust them, I shake a few into a baby food jar, then lightly tap a very small amount of calcium into the jar(literally a tiny bit)- cap and swirl around. Works really well. The blue belly goes nuts over them!

Eliza, fruit flies would be awesome. We already put a good sized slice of apple in there, as well as a couple of oranges (which we'll prob take out in a day or two). Hoping to get some kind of results, but yeah thanks for the comment :)

Ohh, haha prob cuz its' a close-up? I actually took a bunch more of those (probably about 40 pics in all) but decided to post mostly the group ones. Maybe I'll post more of the single shots when we were first moving 'em and stuff.
