First Timer Starter Kit for a Panther

Hi there im new to chameleons, im just about to order my Cham and i need a starter kit for a 3mnth old baby.

Ive bought a medium Reptibreeze, i just need eveything else was wondering whats the best to buy?

Ive read care sheets etc etc just want the pros prospectives on this??

You'll need calcium phos free, calcium with d3, multivitamin ( all for dusting your feeders). Light fixture for uvb and bulb. Most on here use the reptisun 5.0. Heat lamp with bulb (whatever watt will get you around 85 degrees for basking. Dripper and spray bottle for misting or buy a mister. Plants, vines or sticks. Shefflera abricola, ficus, pothos are the top choices I see most people using. I use all three. Your going to probably want to upgrade your cage so I would buy the biggest uvb fixture you can for now so you won't need to spend more money in the future

Not to hijack ur post but I just got my starter kit today and its all set up. My question is about lighting. Do I turn off both the reptisun and the day bulb off @ night or should I leave one on? Do i need to buy night lighting?

You turn all lighting off at night to allow total darkness for the chameleon to sleep.
