sweet find! if the bulb in that cage is red you should consider changing it out for a "white" one.
I actually have both but I was told the red could stay on all night when its cold out because the Cham cant see the red and it will keep him warm. If this is false please let me know so I can change it.
I dont know wether that is true or not about color and what chams see, but he doesnt need a night bulb especially in Cali. So you should be good with standard basking house bulb probably 60 watt and a 5.0 UVB of some sort.
