Good start. But few things to note. the mirror really is a bad location to have the cham near. They will stress seeing their reflection thinking it is another chameleon in their territory. The cords they will climb up and this is a burn risk. If this is his cage it needs to be up higher on a table.... And looks to be a smaller sized cage so you will want to upgrade it to a 2x2x4.
 
thanks for your response, ive had him for a year now in the picture you see the mirror but from his angle he cant see his reflection . the cords are taped up to the wall so he cant climb them. i work from home so i have the cage door opened so he can roam freely.

With this set up he is high risk for MBD. Unless you have a solarmeter 6.5 to see what your UVB out put is and to adjust for it this is very very risky.
you are definitely knowledgeable, and ive already accounted for that as well.
