Free Range

I'm looking to setup a little free range area my 3 m.o panther could climb into on his own out of his cage when I'm in the room too try to socialize him/ make him feel less trapped. I've been looking at some large artificial ficus trees. Would this be safe? does anyone know if these are made with any harmful chemicals or have any other recomendations for a large, full plant with lots of branches to climb on.

Also, I'd like to get a few vines to run from the tree along nearby windows, and maybe post a climbing net up on the ceiling. Anyone know where you might find climbing rope like what you would find in an obstacle course?

Thanks,

I highly recommend you look into Nearly Natural trees and plants. They make some beautiful artificial trees that are great for Chameleons. My personal favorite is the Flowering Dogwood. If you are interested in any of them shoot me a PM and I might be able to hook you up with a cheaper price.

As for rope, I would just google it. I don't know if Home Depot would have something like that or not. I know they have rope and plastic chain links which work nice.
