Gout?

As far as a fecal is concerned, ask the vet if you can drop one off. If you get a fresh fecal you can put it in a baggie and put it in the fridge for around a day or so and it should still be valid to bring to the vet the next day. I'd hope your vet wouldn't require ANOTHER visit to test for parasites.

He looks bloated to me. Could this just be all the worms I'm giving him to make sure he's hydrated?

Is there another vet you could take him to by chance? I feel like you don’t have answers and maybe a fresh set of eyes may be helpful? Just a thought.

Possibly but I'm not sure what they could do at the moment. They would just be guessing without a culture test too right? I am still waiting on the test results so idk what I can really do.

He fell asleep on his basking branch yesterday so he woke up and got going today. He's basically doing the reverse of what he did yesterday. He stayed up there for a while and is now doing his weird thing where he just hangs around the bottom and I catch him sleeping. No gaping but when I fed him he got mad and opened his mouth and I saw a bubble. I don't understand how the results for the test are not in. I was told around 5 days and that was last Tuesday. The lab is closed Saturday and Sunday but I still feel like they should be in. They are located in CA so shipping shouldn't have taken that long.

Follow up with the vet again.
