Well IMHO the better you gut load your feeders the better your cham eats. For the good health of your cham I would recommend you also use the wet gut load as well things like collard greens, mustard greens, dandelion greens, turnip greens, butternut squash, sweat potato, carets, green beans, and other various fruits. Yeah I dust without d3 about 4 days a week and without once a month and vitamins once a month
