So it looks like you’ve got uvb settled...just need to order it. For enclosure, there are many options available. The Repti Breeze XL new runs about $110+, but has been really hard to find lately. Many keepers have built their own out of wood. Many have picked up super cheap old hutches, curio cabinets etc and modified them for their cham. If you aren’t into building your own, I’d say haunt CraigsList and you’re sure to find a deal.
For plants, pothos is the easiest and my favorite. I buy the bushiest one I can find and then split it up. To save some cash, they are super easy to start from clippings and maybe someone in your friend/family group has one and will give you clippings. Philodendron is very similar.

Get the two links I sent you, thats all you need for now, but you will need to replace the bulb in some time, I don't know how long Arcadia bulbs last though so look on the box. Should be 6 months

I would also suggest you start a colony of roaches. It’s super easy and they are a great staple feeder. Not to mention you’d never have to worry about running out of feeders. Dubia and discoid aren’t as gross as German roaches...they don’t fly or climb and reproduce quickly.
