Heating a Reptibreeze vivarium with clamp lamps - what wattage? yemen

I've decided to forgo my current glass exo terra that my baby (teeny 1" long ) yemen is in, and buy her a lovely new small reptibreeze which should last her up to being subadult, then I will replace it with the larger reptibreeze as she gets bigger :D

I will be using two exo terra porcelain clamp lamps, one for the compact UV and one for the heat.

I will be mounting these slightly above the vivarium on a stand, I don't want them directly on top for a few reasons.

What would be the best wattage bulb to create a basking spot for my little baby yemen?

25w or 40w or bigger ?
I plan to use an ordinary household bulb (Round or candle) is it alright as a normal white bulb, or should I try to get a colored one?

My Room temperature during the day is about 75 and during the night about 70

I appreciate any advice :)

for a little tiny one like that you wont need much heat at all a small basking site of about 85 should be good. i would use a 60w and place it on a angle and ajust the height and angle to get the desired temp

Great I will get a 60w bulb then :D

Is a standard white bulb alright? Or shall I try to find a coloured one?
