Houdini won't eat.

Good day to everyone and happy Thanksgiving to everyone. I have recently acquired a veiled chameleon. His name is Houdini, he seems to be about 5 to 6 years old. The first two days he ate about 8 super worms. Now for the past 3 days he isn't interested in eating at all. Is this a normal action for him? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks again.

5 to 6 years? Yes it is normal for an adult not to eat every day. At 5 to 6 years, there are a lot of things to consider with their care. Most will not live past 6 or 7 years and they will often need some extra care due to age.

Thank you, I'm really guessing on his age he's about 13 inches from head to tail. He was captured here in Florida. Someone had to have let him go. The house I rescued him from was VERY noisy and high stress. I've been trying to keep his environment at 85 degrees. And higher humidity. However it is now winter in southern Florida and it isn't very humid. Is misting his environment a couple times a day okay?
