How to ship chams?

If anyone has any personal experience shipping chams let me know what worked for you. In 2-3 months my eggs will hatch and so in 5-6 months I can start selling them and plan to ship a couple for the first time, if I can find out how to do it well. I have heard of Ship Your Reptiles and they seem like the best bet as apparently they offer insurance, but what has worked for you guys? Where do you suggest shipping through, where do you get your boxes, your deli cups, and is it best to ship in warm or cold weather and use heat or cold packs. What do you suggest to give the chameleons the easiest ride?

All of my cham kids have been shipped, and I love the way @ponders and @CharlesYamaguchi shipped mine. Maybe they have some suggestions? (Side note: my first chameleon was shipped from a dealer to me in a paper bag inside the shipping box. He was fine, but after seeing how the next two were shipped I'm amazed he fared as well as he did on the journey.)
