I think he's mad at me

So when I originally set up Argos cage I was a dumb blonde and forgot to set up proper drainage for the cage.
On saturday I had to look for a way to fix the issue. Had a temp fix and found an idea on here using a shelving unit. Yesturday i took him out of his cage to fix the drainage system and also swapped his blue daylight bulb for the white as it was recommended on here.
Today he has been basking like normal, but today hes just been staying brown. Anytime I walk by the cage he just gives me this evil eye. His temp is normal, basking area is 77 at the time of the photo and humidity was about 60, but it did drop to 45 this mornig.

Those lights look extremely bright! According to our caresheets on here basking should be in 82-85 degree range. 77 is too cold.
 
I thought for a jackson the hottest should be 80? They really arnt that bright. The photo does make it look like the sun though lol
