hi all greetings from portsmouth england!
After much research, internet reading and word of mouth advice from many reptile houses and petshops i am now the proud owner of a 2months old female veiled called Georgia,She is settling in nicely in her new surroundings thanx largely to tips and threads i found on this forum so i owe you all a thanx already! The viv she is in is 24x24x48 full mesh(terra) and im running a 3lamp setup(1 ceramic heat for night,1 uv striplight and 1 uv basking lamp) with a woodchip substrate a ficus and easter cactus and also various plastic plants to provide a leafy passage so she can reach all areas of her viv.She is happily eating both crix and locusts that i lightly dust once per week and drinking well when i mist and use a dripper twice daily. As you may guess i am fairly new to chams have fancied one for ages but only just managed to talk my other half round(she wanted a dog!!)if there are any glaring errors or even if you want to make suggestions regarding the setup or anything else i would be v.grateful as even though i feel ive done my homework obviously my chams wellbeing is paramount.
I have only had her about 3 weeks so far and have only just became a member of this forum so will hopefully get some pics up for you all soon!:)
thanx again

I'm curious to know what brand of uv lights you are using.
Would be interested in a description of your light set up.
The ceramic heat light is not necessary.
The bark substrate should be removed.
 Well .. you invited us to comment:rolleyes:

Also to comment on the 24x24x48 viv. How do you feed her? Cup or Free Roam? At 2 months that size cage is huge some suggest using a block to make the cage smaller and lower it as she grows. But I think this is all personal preference if she is finding her food she should be fine. I second the loose the substrate and ceramic heater. Welcome to the forums. I been here for 1 month today and have learned so much so either ask or search and your questions will be answered. Good Luck
