Today as I took my chameleon out of his cage he opened his mouth and it appeared deep in the mouth was black and no yellow teeth pus ore anything like that I just want to know if its Normal
Im not to sure if my chameleon has mouth rot

Flap neck chameleon it was towards his neck
Try to see if you can get a picture when you feed next. Really hard to know unless we can see it.

Ok in rge back of your chameleons mouth is it black
I do not have experience with Flap neck chameleons. I have a veiled and there is no black. Some panthers have yellow. But I am not sure about flap neck.

Is the "No" no picture or no swelling?
A picture would help so much because we (community) can give you the proper directions. You might see black teeth but we might notice discoloration somewhere else/swelling or nothing. We are here to help if you really want help.
Also, issues with chameleons need attention quickly, since they can "literally" crash within hours (aka die).
If you can't send a picture because of equipment issues, then find a picture that looks similar----copy and paste so we can help.
Either way--- a vet visit would solve many questions, since they would not need a picture.

Just to add: I had flap neck in the early 2000's and a great pet. Have not seen them in the U.S. for a while now, but know there are people working with them. I checked out your "hydration" post. Beautiful cham you have.
