In need of some fast advice!

Hello!
This is my second time posting on here. I have the same issue as before, except i made some drastic changes to my enclosure from a lot of your great advice but still NOTHING. So here's the issue...

My Panther Cham is approx 1-2 years old. He's male. Since i adopted him from his previous owner he went from eating 3-7 gut loaded super worms coated with calcium, repashy on a cycle. He completely refused ANY other types of worms, crickets etc. Then about a month ago he stopped eating every day, I've been logging his eating habits and he eats on average 1-2 super worms every 1-2 days. He's lost weight, no sign of MBD though because i ensure i load those little worms up with calcium for when he DOES decide to eat it. One thing id like to mention is since i adopted him, his tongue never fully extends and he has very poor depth perception. I have to place the worms on the screen right in front of his face and sometimes it even takes him a couple times to get it. One other issue that is new is he has developed a grey spot on the top of his head, and his spikes have begun to turn grey as well? Ive never had the chance to see him molt yet as i just adopted him not to long ago but is this normal? Is this a symptom of something else? Please keep in mind, THERE IS NO VET HERE. Its not even a option to go see a reptile vet as the nearest one is 8 hours away. Ill give some listed details and hopefully it answers anyones questions they have for me.

Heat Lamp: 150W (I Measured the Temp and it ranges from 80-90'F For his basking area)
Repti Fogger: I refill It the second its empty aside from when it runs out at night but i fill it before I leave
UVB Light: Its only a couple months old Its a ZOOMED 5.0 UVB
Dripper: I fill it up 24/7 but sometimes my cham pulls on the tube so it doesn't run 24/7
Misting: I Mist the tank any time i think it looks a little dry (3+ Times a day)
I have no stagnant water at the bottom as I've installed a draining system.
Health: Since he has stopped eating I've noticed he's MUCH more lethargic and sleeps often at the bottom of his enclosure where it's colder?

I have a Humidity and Temp gauge in roughly the middle of the enclosure So keep in mind top and bottom enclosure temps are different.
TEMP: 70-75 Avg. Humidity: 45-55% Avg.
Out of Enclosure: 3 Times for 5 Min Per week. He normally doesn't like to leave his enclosure but once in a while he will want to come out and explore when he's feeling active.

(Side Question For Anyone who May have a guess or idea: Today while exploring around with him I noticed his colours on his face changed dramatically! Normally when he's very angry he just turns a solid red, and yellow and mi

Have you tried silk worms or horn worms? You can order them right off ebay, quite cheap.

He's a beautiful boy. I hope he's better soon! Kudos to you and all your vigilance!

Thank you very much! I want to make sure i give him the best life possible. Its also hard when they come from a previous home and you're unsure of their past. I have tried both those kinds of worms, i also can't order anything online since I'm WAY up north Canada. If someone SOMEHOW agreed to ship me anything up here, they would die before even arriving. Its hard too because he won't get his own food, i made a container with mesh in the back to place the worms in so he could get them but he will let them sit there and die, i have to literally hold a worm with tweezer infront of his face and as soon as he grabs the worm i pull my tweezers away. Its working, but MAN its like a 30 minute feeding time for 2 worms. My picky little guy.
