is my Chameleon cage okay ?

So only these two light are good right ?
60 is perfectly fine. You do not need a ceramic heater. As long as he has a basking spot to warm up in the morning he will be fine.

The other two lights are fine but you MUST KNOW what temps his cage is. Especially the basking temp needs to be right.

You can use carpet but just watch that it doesn't grow mold from being wet. I sent use anything at all and just wipe with paper towels. It's easier cleaning.

Once you get the temps right, the next #1 priority is a vet check WITH a fecal test.

How to get him to eat veggies ?
You feed the veggies to the crickets, worms, roaches a day or 2 before you feed them to your chameleon. That is how you get the veggies in your chameleon. I feed my crickets and roaches: Cricket chow, carrots, kale, spinach, oranges and apples. Bug eats veggies -> Chameleon eats bugs -> Chameleon gets veggies.

Veileds will eat fruits and veggies. I cut mine up and just put them in a dish in his cage. You can also hang greens from a clip.

Here's the short list of what you want -

During day - UVB and Basking spot
UVB allows the cham to produce D3. Basking spot provides heat. Too much heat is bad, too little is bad. 88-90 degrees is what you should aim for, a little higher is okay. Wouldn't go lower.

A set schedule for the lights
8am - on
8pm - off

When the lights go off they need complete darkness to rest. The night lights are for snakes and other reptiles.

60 degrees at night is fine, which my cage is at however because of drafts in the space and such I also use a 40 watt ceramic heater to keep the tank between 62-65 at night.

When chameleons they like to feel safe which is when they go hide behind a plant or leaf. This makes them feel secure. This is very important for a healthy chameleon....

As for water misting 2x a day is not enough. It may be enough to keep humidity up depending on where you are located in the world. However the chameleon only likes to drink moving water. So get a dripper or something and put it over a leaf so the cham can easily acces it and drink from.

If I use nothing there is plastic panel at the bottom that's fine right ? And I got the temps down now because I got a thermometer yesterday so that's good now

Well I wake up in the morning at 6 and leave at 7 to school so I should turn them on at 7 then turn off at 7

How much crickets do you recommend for him to eat in a week like how much a day. And how much for superworms

A 7-7 schedule works. I feed my 5 month old male Veiled as many crickets as he will eat in a few minutes. usually about 10-15 small crickets per day. Older chameleons can get around the same or less every other day for adults. Superworms should only be used as a treat. They are fatty and not too healthy nutrition wise.

Well my chameleon seems smaller than most that are 2 years old so I will try 10. Do you put them in a container or throw them in
