Is this a cyst?

My chameleon basil, female Jackson unknown age started to shed about a week ago. Only her head has shed(which is another thing I need to look into), but I noticed on the top of her nose is this almost pink bump that looks too large to be just one scale, and a bit rounder. The thing in to top of her nose is a horn just an FYI, but the very tip/end of it is the concern. Should I be worried?

Hi,
Her tiny horns are so cute.
I am unsure of what that is. Maybe she is rubbing her face on something? Could be a cyst. it is definitely something.. I say a vet visit would be best.

It looks like an abscess from a nose rub.

Ty I was actually just looking at that. Do you know how to stop them from nose rubbing?
