Is this a problem!?

This is Eddie, hes a 1 yr old panther chameleon. I thought he was getting ready to shed but its been like this for a while, a week or a bit longer. ITs white and he has quite a bit of it on his tail as u can see in the pic. I keep it pretty humid in his cage. I have a humidifier blowing in his cage and I mist him a few times a day as well. I just want to give him the best care I can and catch a problem b4 it gets bed. He still eats and drinks well. THNAKS ALL Oh and the whit is on the top of his front legs ans along his spine.

is he getting little black dots (bumps anywhere on him?) he might need something so that he can rub onto so that the bits of old skin can fall off, my chameleon had a shedding problem to but he has a really bad problem and has little black dots\bumps all over him...

If i had to guess it looks like he is about to shed. Some just a take a while to shed.
