Multivitamin

Uvb-13
Basking-50

Multivitamin-
Petsmart gave me this (attached image )
And said to give it to him everyday in the water bottle I spray with 1/2 a tea spoon with every 8 flo oz. or with his food. But the multi vitamin I read should be given once a month?

D3
Okay this one has me a little stumped and I'm sure some of you might think this one is stupid I have d3 calcium which he should be fed with 3 times a week right ? Ok the sticky tounge has D3 in it as well that's supposed to be fed 1 time a week?? Ok so if the sticky has D3 in it I would skip the regular calcium d3 that day correct ?

Age-
How do I determine the age for my Jackson also the color when do they start getting it ?
Feeding-
I have mill worms, wax worms, and crickets. I'm looking to find silk and hornworms as well the mill worms worry me bc of the hard exsoskeletons they could get stuck and kill the chameleon it can get stuck in his tummy back him up and kill him my sister has had this problem. When I put food in his terrerium he sticks his tounge to it then holds his mouth open ?
He's wanting me to drop the food in his mouth is that what this is ? Can that hurt him I make sure he drinks before he eats so his tounge is moisturized

Ok

I still don't believe that you've read the care sheets. The pamphlets from the store are probably garbage. If you read the sheets here about caring for a jackson, you would know they don't develop colors like a panther.

Why is it in the car? Do you realize how much stress that puts that animal in? Shaking my head......

You do know this species is harder than your veiled was?

I have watched your previous topics about your Veiled that died because of a very bad case of MBD and now, not even a week later, you have a new chameleon that is of a species that will require you to have experience with reptiles and their needs...

I'm sorry but you kinda piss me off!
You obviously didn't learn anything from your previous chameleon, or you think you did but you didn't.
This topic shows that you still did not read up on the ABC's of keeping reptiles, let alone chameleons.
You buy stuff but you have no clue what you need! You did not properly prepare the enclosure BEFORE you purchased a chameleon so now you will just have to hope that all temperatures are right straight away or you will have to bother a stressed out chameleon with tweaking his enclosure... But you don't really care about stress anyways since you already took it out of it's box when you were in the car...

There's enough info on this site alone to tell you what supplements you need and how much of what you need to give them but you didn't even bother to read it and just went out and bought a Jacksonii anyways.

Hi man watch this and follow it to the letter and you will have no problems. it say all you need to know.

Is that vid for just raising babies or for adults too? Do montanes need their cages to have a fogger and or mister running at all times?

It's a vid for general care, the guy works with a wet and dry section in the terrarium, that way you can probably keep the mister run for most of the day.
You do not need a cool mist if you keep humidity up in an other way (spraying). I spray during the day and run my cool myst for a couple of hours after the lights are out...
It helps drop the temperature quite a bit when you run it past some icepacks.

He does not need a waterfall either. Breeding ground for bacteria.
What are your plans for humidity? These guys like it pretty wet. Even in PR I had a tad bit of trouble with the humidity, but living in the tropics helps tremendously.

If you were reading my topics then you'd know he was bought to me I didn't go get him al so I've read a lot of things got a lot of things and printed a lot of care sheets I have everything I need as of now
