thats still pr5etty hard to see, by chance do you have one that is more of a profile that really shows off what you are worried about in general?

maybe even one that is from above, and dead on from her face.

in that pics the stomach wasnt so big.but now...its very very big ...like preganant or something like that....

i don`t know how old is she...
a friend bought her from the desert [sahara]...i don`t know exactly how old is she.

I think this is the time they will be starting to produce eggs...so in her cage you should have somewhere for her to dig.....assuming its a female. You should use an opaque container that when empty is big enough for her to fit into with a couple of inches to spare on each side including above and below her (minimum size). Fill it about 2/3 full of washed playsand that is moist enough to hold a tunnel. If she needs to lay eggs she will dig here.
Failure to provide a place for her to lay the eggs could lead to eggbinding and death.

If you can send a clearer picture of her from the side showing the whole chameleon I would have a better chance of telling you if it is a female and the species.

oky.i made a opac recipe about 15cm...fill it with sand...now she`s digging...but i`m not sure what she wants to do ...
anyway...i will keep you in touch ...

I am including 3 pics of my 2 gravid veileds. Does yours look like this? See the bumps on the sides above the legs? They are getting ready to lay I think. They are not eating well at all, but so far hasn't been interested in digging. Be sure to provide a container for your female filled with moist sandbox sand.

If you say now she digging then that means shes going to lay soon,
which means dont let her see you she will stop digging because she wont feel safe.
When she has been in the hole for a while and comes out covering up her hole then you must give her lots of food and alot of water, because she has laid the eggs.
Try not to stress her.
You can dig the eggs up then, was she mated?
If so then the eggs should be fertile so then dig to get them and take them out very gently and dont turn them over! then put them in a ice-cream container or something with moist vermiculite and out the eggs halfway in the vermiculite but in the position that you picked them up from the laying container so that it doesnt die from being turned and suficated.
Hope this helps.

i don`t know if she was mated.a friend give her to me...almost 3weeks ago ...he bought her from sahara [from a kind of pet`shop in the desert] ... i really don`t know what to do...i will wait..maybe she will lay ...
also..she`s eating only a small dubia/day ...she doesn`t want to eat more or something else ...

She may dig the same hole for more than a day. She should eventually be happy with the hole and turn around bum down and lay the eggs. She should then bury them and pack the sand down and then return to the branches in her cage.

Do not dig the eggs up until she has gone back to the branches.
When digging them up I use a spoon and move the sand a little at a time until I find the eggs. Try not to turn them when you move them.

You need a container (3" deep) with a lid to put them in. Put two very tiny holes in the lid. Fill the container about half full of moist vermiculite. The vermiculite should only be damp enough that if you take a handful of it and squeeze it you can only squeeze out a drop or two of water. If you space the eggs about an inch apart in all directions they will hatch more individually and IMHO its better for the survival rate.

The eggs should be incubated at about 75F.

If you need more information or this isn't clear, let me know.

Can't really say other then she doesn't look like my veileds. You could see bumps sticking out the sides, especially over the back legs. You can almost count the eggs when they get close to time. That's not to say she is not gravid. I am still a newbie at the gravid/eggs thing. My first one laid eggs 2 days ago and second is getting ready. Today or tomorrow I suspect. You can see my pics above of my fat ladies.
