Mealworms and crickets

Hi,
I have a three month old baby veiled. The pet store was obviously just feeding her mealworms (). So as soon as I got her a couple days ago I ordered crickets that will be coming in today (in the meantime I've had to feed her the mealworms ). Once I get the crickets, is it OK to feed both to her (half and half?)?

Just crickets. You can always branch out into other feeders, there are plenty to chose from especially online, but mealworms are useless besides the space they take up in the stomach.

Yes. Crickets that have been pre-fed dark green leafy veggies and other nutious foods (gut loaded) should make up the bulk of the diet.

Get rid of the meal worms as they're no good. If she really likes worms, you can feed her superworms occasionally just make sure you feed them collard or mustard greens, and/or carrots before hand and dust them with plain calcium before she eats them.
