Monty's tail may be paralyzed

So sorry to hear about what happened, it is soooo frustrating when you don't know what to do or how it happened...just have to wait.
I had tongue issue with my veiled girl and could never figure what/why could've happened to it...
Please keep us updated and probably an x-ray could help!

Thank you for the positive thoughts. It seems like he is doing slightly better so I am going to wait maybe a day or two again to see if he keeps improving.

Just read this- so sorry to hear about Monty. I know how much you love him, it must be hard to see him not doing well. Glad to hear he is improving, keep us posted!

I will keep you all posted - you can count on that, except that I will be gone the next 4 or so days.

My father will be caring for him and offering him food and water every day. I put up a little hammock in his basking spot in case he wants to rest his feet there, also I put his feeding bowl up by the top where he is. Hopefully that makes it easier for him.

Right now he stays up for a couple hours, then sleeps. Sigh.
