I'm leaving for college in a week. I got my baby girl Luna as a Christmas present from my boyfriend, & now that I am leaving for school she is going to live at his house. The drive from where she is now to where she is going is 4 minutes at the most but I'm just wondering if anyone has any helpful tips or tricks to make it easier. I know moving and such can be stressful for a chameleon and I imagine she won't have a ball.
Thanks ahead of time !

Some people put their chams in a small dark box while moving but if its such a short distance some people even just bring the whole cage with chameleon into the car and secure it. When I picked up my panther it was about a 30 min. drive and i just laid the cage down in the back seat and it was fine,

I've had to move around a lot recently and in my travel box I have old t shirts on the bottom and then some leaves and branches. Ive made it dark for longer trips and my Cham sleeps but this is such a short distance I don't think that's necessary.

Thank you both! She wasn't going into the box we had, so i carried her to the truck & she stay in her cage seat belted in for the ride. She didn't look too upset being in my hand or driving there. After getting her cage situated at its new place she was very timid, dark, & would scare away every time I was around. She ate out of my hand a couple times so I'm hopeful that she doesn't completely hate me:/ I feel like a bad mama moving her and stressing her out like this. Hopefully she'll trust me again soon.
