need help with eye problem

so i walked up to my chams cage a few minutes ago and he had one of his eyes bulged out really far rubbing it on his branch.i opend the cage to look at him and his eye went back in place and seemed like nothing ever happend. is this something to worry about or is it something common? thanks yall

just look for gunk in case he scratched it its uncommon but if it does just get a wet q tip and clear it up.
