you can build a screen cage. but honestly, you need a screen cage.

a glass fish tank just isnt going to cut it.

the only possibility is to leave the lid off, but that wont last for long.

Can you post a photo of your cham?

2 weeks is way to young to have been sold.

how long can i do that and its a screen top

no i use 60 wtt heat lamp bulb but i would like to know if i can use a house for UV

UVB. you need UVB> no household bulb provides UVB.

a regular house buld provides the heat needed to grow and digest food.

UVB is needed to prevent bone diseases.

You dont need to woryr about anything else besides these two bulbs.

Have you read the care sheet yet?

do you have any petshop near you? go and ask for and uv b coil bulb or a linear uvb light.

DO NOT HANDLE HIM, at his age and the frequency you are handling him is creating stress and to closing his eyes is a sever sympton of stress, if you countinu with this he will stop eating and never again open his eyes until he dies.

also you need to feed the insekts you are going to give him in order to get nutrients inside of him, you can have him in an exoterra terraium but no in an aquarium.

go buy chicken wire and a couple of logs and nail it the net to the logs, that would be enough untill you can get something better.

get alot of foilage so he will safer and have somewhere to drink from

can i knock out a tank wall and put screen on it i heard it works

if you put it standing up and you take out the roof and replace it with screen you will have the front and the roof of screen, that will be enough, make sure you don´t have water pools on the bottom due the danger of bacteria infection
