Shes been crawling at the bottom at least once a day, and **** not eating crickets, only greens and worms at the moment which is why im kind of worried. Also i dont need if i should be feeding her other supplements besides just reptivite w/ d3 and calcium spray.

If anybody can give me any more information i would greatly appreciate. ill have a pictures posted asap and there should be an attacment with a pictire of her cage.

Please contact me on here on email me at [email protected]....

It depends on how much food, heat and supplement you gave her. Veiled chameleon can be bred as young as 4-6 months old (not recommended). I would say it is safer to get her into breeding when she is more than 12 months old. Having said that, you can start worrying about the egg laying sandbox then.

If you could provide a recent picture of her and answer those questions template in the health issue part of the forum, we can assist you more.

Thanks for the advice, like I said I don't plan on breeding if at all, but I did get a sand box set up for her to be able to borrow in.. but im trying to put picture up of her now, I already have a pic of the cage shes in. temperature is at 80, basking is around 90-95 and humidity is always kept between 50-70.

she still hasn't eatin any crackits but shes stil eating greens and worms.. just going to make sure I gut load them well for now.

again thanks so much if u need any more info to help please reply!

Doesn't she need a sand box available so she doesn't become eggbound if she starts producing infertile eggs early? I'm asking because I just got a young female veiled myself!

Yes if you read on any forum for female chameleons and it will tell you that u need to have a sandbox to borrow its eggs. if not, it will be fatal to her

Heres another closer picture of her, but thank you! shes pretty aggressive tho.. but u think 90 is to warm for her Jan? what would u recommend? moving that uva higher?

I keep all my females basking areas in the low 80's. There's allot of good info about controlling their food intake and heat in the links I provided you with above.

All of my females have always been sweethearts. :)

hahaha well thank you very much for your input. im trying to learn as much as i can about females so i can keep her for a long time. would love to see pics of yours!
