New Boy Arrived Today!!!

I just received my first Panther today! He's a Nosy Be sired by Atlas from The Chameleon Company. He's still pretty dark but will hopefully start to settle down and lighten up soon.

They didn't have any on their website when I was looking either. Shoot Jim an email and ask what he has available. I just told him that I was looking for a male Nosy Be and he got back to me quickly. Very good guy.

are you sure he is a nosy be? There aren't much colors to see when he is so stressed but the colors displayed looks more like Ambanja or Ambilobe

Got him from a reputable breeder. He has pics up of his sire.

Yeah I looked up the sire and he is def Nosy be. Guess it's just the image then

Yeah hopefully he is calmed down by the time I get home and I can get a better picture.

No Change really. He's still pretty dark. But instead of brown/black he's more of a very dark green. We'll see what a good nights sleep does for him.

Ok so over 24 hours later and he's still a very dark greenish brown. He's also very skittish. My veiled was very colorful and sociable from the day I got him. So this is like night and day to me. Is this pretty normal for a newly acquired panther?
