ok so today i put in onother shefflera and 2 ficus, also 2 small vines and took the waterfall back what do you guys think? comment, suggest please =) oh and by the way the white stuf on the plants its just water, the water here is really high in minerals so it leaves on the plant, do you think i should use bottled water instead? hes about 13 weeks old i was told LOL.

nice cage and chameleon! in my personal opinion i use bottled water becuase its more fresh.

not to be nosy or anything but what kind of cage is that? do you know the dimensions?
 
You still need to get rid of the CFL .. and get the long tube one a 5.0 is recommended.

Get a digital temp gauge and place it 6in below the basking bulb or get temp gun.

The way you have temp and humidity gauge on the floor, it doesn't really help. you should have them higher up. I would say the upper half of the cage and maybe place that temp gauge 6in below your basking bulb.

Other than that I think it is a pretty sweet set up.
 
There doesn't need to be any substrate. Does he have a dripper?
Use a regular incandescent 60 watt bulb for basking, and a Reptisun 5.0 Linear tube for UVB.
You can get fixtures for the linear tube at home depot or lowes.
 
Hi there..You definitely need to remove all substrate bark etc and add a linear UVB bulb instead of the coiled UVB you have now...

yea ive been tryin to find the linear bulb but theyr out of stock at 3 pet stores so just waiting and the bark is really thin so i dont think it would be to bad if he ate it, im goin to remove it anyway dont worry, i also got a cham book im reading now i think its going to help me understand chameleons better, thanks for the support =)

ohh ok ill go to home depot tomorrow then =) thanks, and i havnt found a dripper :S so im usin a plastic cup at the moment
