They will usually eat when all the condition are correct,we need to find out why is he not eating@chlobo,cant take this lightly since younger chameleon needs their food everyday, but 3days seems very odd to me
i was going to ask that as well. if the food you are feeding him with isn't right then that is why he may not be eatingAlso what type of food are u feeding him with??
Sorry I was emailing the guy back. Some was whit and some was a mix of whit and a yellowish colorU havnt answer me if you see any poop in the cage, cause he might ate something not infront of ur presence,
I'm feeding him crix gut loaded with carrots and potatoesi was going to ask that as well. if the food you are feeding him with isn't right then that is why he may not be eating
I got him around 2-3 days agowhen did you get your cham? it is normal for them not to eat for a little while when you first get them so i would put some feeders in there and leave him alone to let him adjust.
i understand that, and your setup at the moment should be fine for now. i use pothos plants in my cage and you can get them at places like home depot for pretty cheap
no i am putting them on the screen near himAre you putting the cricket in a feeder cup or inside the cage
oh, i apologize i didn't see that. if he is not eating and it isn't a stress related issue then he may have some parasites. the only way to know if he does or not is to take a fecal sample (his poop) to a vet and have them run tests on it. however if i understand correctly you are in a tough financial situation and vet fees these days are really nasty .I know what you saying, but it is important to just making sure he will be absolutely in a perfect health condition, thats why Im asking him to find the "poop"so at least we know is not a health issues. Rather than a transporting to a new home issue@chlobo
I have also tried super worms that he gave meSorry
no i am putting them on the screen near him
Sorry

Ya I am tight on funds right now and my parents won't take him a vet right nowoh, i apologize i didn't see that. if he is not eating and it isn't a stress related issue then he may have some parasites. the only way to know if he does or not is to take a fecal sample (his poop) to a vet and have them run tests on it. however if i understand correctly you are in a tough financial situation and vet fees these days are really nasty .
Smalli would put some crickets in a cup (make sure your cham can reach them but they can't get out and run all over the place) and leave them in his cage so if he gets hungry he can eat and they are easily accessible.
also what size are the crickets?
Yes they are smaller than the width of his head I put like 7Dont be sorry Justin,I feel bad to ask u all these questions,I just want your cham to be ok,thats all,so did you count how many crickets u put in there?and also what size of the crickets u put in the cage?is the cricket smaller enough to get eaten by ur little cham(usually the size of ur cricket should be like the width of ur chams head)
Do I put the cup on the ground?i would put some crickets in a cup (make sure your cham can reach them but they can't get out and run all over the place) and leave them in his cage so if he gets hungry he can eat and they are easily accessible.
