How old is this baby? You'll starve him to death on 2 to 3 crickets a day and a worm.

Thompson is right that is what he should be eating. I have a 17wk old one and let her eat as much as she wants but then again she is a growing girl. I remove what she doesn't eat out of the cage though. Whatever you do don't leave any crickets he leaves in the cage with him.

I was feeding my 4 month old cham about 15-20 crickets a day and he ate everyone of them! Yes, let them eat til their little hearts are content!!

I have a 2 month old and he eats about that! there is a bowl on the bottom of his cage and I just leave them in the cage with him. No worries about crickets bitting him! they not in there long!

Izzie is 10 weeks old and eats about 15-18 small crickets per day. Sometimes the crickets are only 1/4 inch, none are bigger than 1/2 inch. We haven't found worms yet that we feel we can feed her safely...they all seem too large (we may be over-protective). *NO MEALWORMS for her * Today my task is to find something for her as a "treat". She does like kale and green leaf lettuce. :)

You shouldn't do this. Overfeeding them makes them grow faster and can lead to other problems down the road.

Bone development.

Could you show me the evidence to back this up and where you heard this from?

A growing baby needs nutrition and offering them food several times throughout the day is important. Having the right supplements and lighting is the key to avoiding MBD not food restriction.
