Hello maybe someone can help me out here?I live in Oakville ,Ont and was given a Female Captive bred Carpet chameleon as a gift only a few days ago .I honestly love and wish it were a friendly male Veild chameleon .I now don,t know what to do and have contacted my reptile stores around me and they have no room .So i guess if someone is or knows how i can trade or what to do it would be great ...

If I wasn't about to buy a new panther, I might go for her, she looks nice. Other than, that, I think your only option would be to sell her. Maybe post an ad in the classifieds section. Personally, I think a carpet beats a veiled any day, veileds just give me that corn snake vibe, they're not too spectacular, everybody has one, and they aren't anything special. Id say what you already have, certainly is something special and spectacular. But to each his own.

Carpet Chamy

Unfotunately it was a gift and I had no idea I was getting it.I have always had a place in my heart for Veilds and I just don,t find her interesting .She is pretty and I know someone out there might appreciate her more then I.

He's still not my cup of tea, but a prime representation of the species. I'm just not a fan of unusual headgear, like high Casques or horns. And I guess im a bit superficial in that I like the fact that panthers are flashy and expensive lol. Same w/ carpets IMO.
