Not sure if this has been mentioned. Gular edema can be caused from phos/calcium ratio being out of whack. We most common see over supplementation causing this but from the sounds of it..If he was not supplementing to balance the ratio on lets say a meal worm, super worm or even a cricket. His phos levels are going to get out of control. Just with the information brought and starting process of elimination. Id start with giving him liquid calcium Via injecting a feeder if he has a good appetite. LOTS OF WATER!! If you want more ideas, i have them CONGRATS ON YOUR NEW BOY!!
