Sorry to go off topic Todnedo but this is just too much:

Kilgourschameleons.......Yeah, you are getting some hits on your site. Like mine when I checked out your purple Panther. Good grief.....you have purified Panthers to become purple? I'm not talking about a female Sambava either. You have a PURPLE panther in multiple areas of your site. One look at your site was enough for me. There won't be any more visits. I'm not sure why you say we can "spend a lot of money" acting like children. I like spending money on chameleons but would not buy one from someone who thinks he can "purify the beauty and genetics" of them. Yikes....purple Panthers!

I appreciate it but there is absolutely no need to feel pity for me. I am quite content with my hobby and what I do. You see I don't do this for business...honestly...that is not why I breed animals. Mike told me today to just stay away from any controversy stuff because it may harm business and you are always going to have people who disagree. But I replied to him, I am not in this for business and its the truth...they interest me point blank, and I could sit and stare at them all day (many days I do) and just watch their every move and I would be perfectly content. See I haven't lost what many breeders have...the love and passion to observe and learn about these animals. I am passionate and confident in everything I do in life, and while you all may join together to make fun of me at this point in time, it makes me chuckle that you all can't believe someone is so confident in something that you yourself question.

Catherine...thanks but please feel no pity for me because every time I talk about chameleons it makes me smile, no matter the circumstances. Have a good night, ohh and let me know if you have any cb falys coming out anytime soon, I am familiar with your blood line and as Fidel so eloquently put it, yours aren't a dump in a bag.

I appreciate your post Chris. I'm glad you are passionate about chameleons. I don't feel "pity" for you at all. I feel pretty confident that I have a good base of knowledge where chameleons, accounting, and economics are concerned. I've offered a lot of advice on all three topics. I got paid for offering accounting advise on some pretty technical stuff that most CPA's avoid like the plague. I've always tried to present my ideas or advise with a "humble" attitude and with respect for differing opinions. I avoid terms like "100% certain" or "for sure", etc. Those terms convey a sense of "I'm better than you" to the listener. This does not mean I am not a confident person. It means that I have learned how to say things in a way that does not make people feel like I'm a "know it all" or think that I am superior in some way. It lets people know that I'm willing to listen to their ideas or advice and openly consider what they have to say. My comment about your youth relates to my experiences supervising people about your age in the work place. They start out using the same sort of language you used here and after about a year or two they change their language and manner of presenting ideas, thoughts and advice to be more like the way I do it. They learned that they get a better response and a more positive reception from clients, co-workers and other business contacts when they made those changes. Keep the passion......just maybe consider how you present it to other people

I can definatley say that this thread was a waste of everyones time and breath (or typing in this casse). Just because if it was supposed to be a guessing game, no one said so...And it turned into something entirley different.

Im neither here nor there on this situation, I just thought it was funny that after a whole thread of controversy, it ends with a "yep, its Masoala".

I agree totally with this I like how they bashed a certain person on their beliefs and still do not think that the certain person was right.. like he was told even know the two people both have the background for it. thats my two cents.
