Beer shooting through my nose Jim :)

Thanks a lot Jim.....I was reading your post while drinking a beer (I prefer Miller Chill....a light beer with a hint of lime) and it shot out my nose onto the desk and keyboard

I'd like to know what the other 38% is too. He is an attractive male, whatever the combination is. I think his combination of colors will be stunning when he matures. He has so many peeking through as it is now.

Thanks for the fun Todnedo :)

Thank you for the compliment your not too bad yourself:D
Jim said it was 60% ambanja not me.... so maybe Jim can tell us what the other 40% might be:rolleyes:

Lol ....

Catherine ! We have met. But beer through your nose onto your keyboard is not an image I cherish ... LOL

Todd, if it is a cross, you have only the word of the seller to go by. Additionally, anyone who lays claim to an animal being 62% of one locale (not you, the seller) is as phony as a $3 bill. I won't waste time explaining why, but they are a ruse. Surely its an "I don't know", or of mixed blood, but claiming 62% is another way of saying "Its hybrid. I (the seller) got it elsewhere. I don't have a clue, but want to sound like I do, and not worry about repurcussions when its becomes a rainbow". You can bank that.

BTW, "60% Ambanja" did not mean part Ambanja. It meant that my estimate of him being full-blooded Ambanja (or whatever I said) was a 60% probability, not a mixed-blood ratio.

Never won 1/3rd of a lizard company. Is this cause to celebrate ? Catherine, you can have my 1/3rd. Just send me some pictures. ;)

I quit reading this a while ago...reminded me too much of a political debate with no real answers. But I just got a PM saying that you requested a beer so I had to see what it was all about. The sarcasm is being laid on pretty thick there...sorry Jim no free beers for you...lol...I prefer a Breckenridge Porter ps.

You can have my 1/3 also, I don't want a bunch of Masoalas or whatever they're being called. Let me know how the animals look when they get there, Catherine, but you have to buy me dinner in Daytona.

Criminy ... now there's beer all over my keyboard :D

I'm at a loss as to which part of this thread to make fun of, so I 'll just go with the sure thing and clown Chris (everyone else is doing it, why not?)

Chris, while you do drink better beer then some of these other folks, (the beer I piss out is better than miller or bud), I must lament that your taste in panther chameleon locales appears to be a dieing art. Why do you even bother? I mean, besides the fact that east coast locales are apparently not economically viable, no one would believe you even if you did produce them. I advise you just stick to Ambilobe like everyone else and quit while you're ahead. You can't go wrong with Ambilobe right? Not sure what it is?Ambilobe. Cross? Nah, Ambilobe. Dump in a bag, hmmmm..now that may be a faly?!!

bahahaha toast to that one Matt

Jim said "I would place him at 60% or better Ambanja or Ambilobe at this point, but it is still way too soon to be definitive" ??????

I'm quite certain he meant that is he was to guess at this time, he is 60% sure that the cham in question is an ambanja, or an ambilobe.

Wish I could go to Daytona.....

Wish I could go to Daytona this year Tyler. Can't though. I'm trying for next year for sure though. I met you (and your sidekick Mike Ha Ha :) ) and Jim there a couple of years ago. I will buy you all dinner there if you are there when I go again. I'll upgrade my beer drinking to something a bit more sophisticated so I won't embarrass you all....

Poor Chris....now I'm feeling a bit sorry for him. It looks like you are in your twenties Chris. You are way to serious and "certain" about things for your age. You are putting yourself into a very restrictive box for such a young person. The only thing that is 100% certain is that we are all going to die some day. Be passionate about the hobby or business you choose, but don't take yourself so seriously that you destroy the fun of it :)

Catherine,

I appreciate it but there is absolutely no need to feel pity for me. I am quite content with my hobby and what I do. You see I don't do this for business...honestly...that is not why I breed animals. Mike told me today to just stay away from any controversy stuff because it may harm business and you are always going to have people who disagree. But I replied to him, I am not in this for business and its the truth...they interest me point blank, and I could sit and stare at them all day (many days I do) and just watch their every move and I would be perfectly content. See I haven't lost what many breeders have...the love and passion to observe and learn about these animals. I am passionate and confident in everything I do in life, and while you all may join together to make fun of me at this point in time, it makes me chuckle that you all can't believe someone is so confident in something that you yourself question.

Catherine...thanks but please feel no pity for me because every time I talk about chameleons it makes me smile, no matter the circumstances. :) Have a good night, ohh and let me know if you have any cb falys coming out anytime soon, I am familiar with your blood line and as Fidel so eloquently put it, yours aren't a dump in a bag.

Maroantsetra is a strong possibility! The blue bars will possibly turn red and there are aqua colorations on his head. These are good clues to his locale. However, that said these guys go through a major color transformation as time passes. Good Luck!
