Hi everyone! New here, as of 30min ago. :) Finally bought my first Panther last week from CBReptile.com
Poor guy (i hope guy) showed up half starved and a little dehydrated. Got him fed and looking better.
But the reason im posting today is to get yalls opinion on whether or not he is male or female. I say "male" because thats what i was told and paid extra for. Also that he is supposed to be a little over 1 month old....
looks older to me. Thoughts anyone? Every opinion is greatly appreciated.

There almost seems to be a spot for the hemipenes to grow in, and if he/she is only about a month old, the rostral seems to be getting bigger, but I'm not sure, he or she is still very young, and we might need more pictures.

Yesterday I got home a Zeke had tiny blue dots down the side of his/her body. Very few and spread out. Isn’t that a good sign it’s a male?

Thanks for input!! :)

He/she looks just like mine when I got him, but I was so torn about his sex until Last week, and asking people's opinions on here...i can only now say he is 100% Male now that he is about 4 months. He is only starting to get some color. Anyhow, I am such a newbie that I can' give a true opinion...He/she is adorable.

Mine is an ambilobe panther:)

Yours has a thicker tail base though. From the pics you posted on your thread asking the gender I definitely would have said male. I still think this one is a female. The top lip sticks out way more than the rostral and that is always an indication of a female.

Can you take any more pics with the tail stretched out? That pic looked very female to me, but it can be hard to tell!

Here is a few more pics.
Again, thanks everyone for advice and opinions!!

I couldn't agree with you more now that I have seen more pics of the chameleon. Such a learning curve. Thanks for your expertise :)

On my veiled they said the way to tell male from female is that the female would have small spur like bumps on the back of their back legs as mine did. I paid for a male but now I wouldn't take a million for my Maxey.
