I know I need to fill out the care sheet just dont have the time atm. I will fill it out a little later today.

I just recently bought him 6 days ago for the first two I didn't mess with him at all. The next couple days I still kept a distance just mostly observing him and started to notice his leg. The last couple of days I've actually been able to take him out and really look at him ad that's when I really noticed it I don't think it's a broken leg or anything just looks swollen and little off. It doesn't seem I affect his movement to much. Any answers will be greatly appreciated.

you mean the swellin gin his ankle???

that seems like an infection or gout. not mbd.

mbd affects all the limbs, not just one.

Where did yo get him from?

Yeah the swelling and the ways it's bent. Got him from petsmart bough him as soon as he was shipped in he didn't spend any time in the store

take him back.
i think the leg being bent its either broken, or a birth defect. and i think the swelling is either rom that, or he has gout. or somet sort of infection.

he needs a vet.

I think petsmart will have him see a vet for you. I would go to the store, ask for the manager. Be as nice and polite as you can. Explain the problem with his leg and ask if they will provide a vet to examine him. If they say no, change strategy, tell them how much you care for the chameleon, but it needs a vet, that you can't afford. Ask for ALL your money back. They will most likely work with you and get a vet so they don't have to return your money.

If none of this works, sadly, I would return the cham. Petsmart has a vet so hopefully the cham would get the care it needs. If you return the cham - do not go back into the store. You don't need to upset your self, if they aren't doing much for him.

Lots of people on here have healthy chams and may cost less that what you paid.
