i have no idea what youre talking about.....what you mean dual fixture... i thought i should get the reptisun 5.0 thing linear tube everyone is yelling at me for not having.....shouldnt i get that????

T8 is the diameter of the tube..... there are T12 and T8.... T8 is the new style... it uses less energy and is what you should buy because T12 is being phased out. If you buy T12 you will need to 'upgrade' later... so why not get what you need now instead?

you want a 24" long linear tube from Zoo Med. it should be a 5.0 reptisun in the T8 diameter.

The dual fixture is a light fixture that hold.................. TWO lamps.

The 6500K lamp is a lamp that looks just like the zoo med... but does not produce UVB and can be purchased at Home Depot. It produces a color of light that will help your plants grow. It will also help make the cage nice and bright so you can enjoy your cham.

Put the Zoo Med and the 6500K lamp in the fixture.

the 6500K is a linear tube... so the fixture, the zoo med tube lamp and the 6500k tube lamp should all be the same 'size' as in... T8... and I would get the 24" tubes.

i went to HD and they have no dual fixtures smaller than like 50 inches.....i just got the single fixture from big al;s and the reptisun 5.0....

FINALLY someone from my native land.....how you doin man....i live in mississauga.....but i already bought what i needed.... i hope i bought the right stuff..

the lamp in the back is red head bulb, lamp in the front is a heat bulb with light and the UVB tube in the middle.

the red bulb is on all day and sometimes i just leave it on for the night if its a little cold.

the heat lamp with light in the front is only on during the day.
