A couple of folks are trying to start up a NorCal keepers group.
Do you have any info? I'd definitely be interested in joining a club in the area.

Only that Chad (CNorton) has something to do with it. I would PM him and ask about it. I'm not entirely sure who is trying to start it up other than him.

There is the livingstons lizard lounge josh and his nice wife and chams101 eric thompson and sam hacker have always been good friends with me. I am moving back to sac from the summer and have a male ambilobe breeder and a mess full of happy dragons. It would be nice to meet up. I'm in the bay area atm for school.

So it looks like we have at least a small group that would be interested in say, "Central Valley Chameleon Keepers Association" (I think associations sound better than clubs, if it was a club we might be obligated to ride motorcycles and beat up people who like other reptiles)
Anyone want to take the lead and try to actually set something up? Maybe start by setting up an e-mail list or a group on this site to start with?

I second that! NorCal would be the way to go. I would say there are at least a couple dozen of us within an hour of Sacramento.

As far as I know if someone could get a meeting place and set up a regular date people would likely show up. The problem I see now is that there is no good regular central meeting place.
I'm Chameleon-less at this time but intend to remedy that around June so any meet up where people have anything good in that time frame would be great for me!
