I was also looking for a female from a different bloodline but I found out that there isn't any in the Netherlands and Belgium

I am not sure if you could import female sambave from USA. Breeder over here have lots of sambave available. As far as i know; kammerflage kreation and Chameleon Company do have Sambava female; plus they export their chameleon too. You guy can contact them if you can't get anything in Europe.
